Trevor Mailloux

Partner, President

With 40 years of experience behind the name, Trevor Mailloux of TMC Construction has earned a reputation as one of Chatham-Kent’s premier builders of executive homes. That’s why we’re proud to partner with TMC as we build new houses, in Chatham-Kent’s newest neighbourhoods. As the General Manager and Partner at MCH Homes, Trevor is heavily involved in all aspects of the company and we are grateful for the insight and experience he brings to our business every day.

Darryl Clarke

Partner, Vice President

Darryl Clarke is a leader in our community with 30+ years in the Industry. Darryl’s vast experience in many areas including Municipal Development, Civil Construction and much more, makes us proud to Partner with him and his team. We look forward to many years working together to develop Chatham-Kent.

Eric Laprise

Site Manager

Eric has been with MCH Homes since its inception. Eric believes in building his problem-solving skills. With much experience in seeing the build from top to bottom, he has learned to find solutions to common and not-so-common problems. An excellent communicator, Eric is an integral part of the team. When not on the job site, you will find Eric completing his own projects or with his friends, family and pets.

James Dupuis

Warranty Technician

James has been with MCH Homes since its inception in 2017. With 17 years of experience in building custom energy-star homes, James is a hard worker and always up for a challenge. As Warranty Technician, James enjoys delivering quality, well-built homes to our clients and working directly with the client as part of our Client Care department. In his spare time, you can find James in the outdoors and volunteering for the Kent Minor Hockey Association.

Greg McLean

Project Coordinator

Greg has been with MCH Homes since its inception in 2017. With him, he brings over 7 years of experience in construction. As our health and safety supervisor, safety is of the utmost importance to him. His dedication and loyalty to the improvement of MCH Homes make him a valuable asset to the team.

Grant Bell

Quality Control Supervisor

Since joining the team in July 2020, Grant has been an important part of MCH Homes. Grant finds the fast pace and always changing atmosphere to be an exciting part of his job. He excels at the final step of building a home, the finishing stage. Like a true Canadian, you can find Grant watching the hockey game in his spare time.

Andrea Duchene

Operations Manager

Andrea joined the MCH team in 2020, after a 12-year career in Economic Development with The Municipality of Chatham-Kent where she performed various roles in Marketing and Business Development. As Operations Manager, she enjoys the fast pace of the Production Home Construction industry where she works to implement process improvements gleaned from her previous experience in the automotive sector as a Quality Engineer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and visiting her off-grid cottage.

Myla Anderson

Client Care Representaive

Myla has brought a positive energy to the MCH Homes team since she joined the team in 2020. She is known for finding win/win solutions for our clients. Myla is interested in continuing education and is currently completing a real estate course. Myla has a passion for being outside to nurture in nature. In her spare time, you can find her gardening and beekeeping.

Stephanie de Vries

Controller

Stephanie is a CPA with 15+ years of experience in both public and private accounting. She joined MCH Homes as Controller in 2022 and brings a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to the team. Stephanie values open communication, team spirit and hard work, and is grateful for the awesome team surrounding her! In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading or a good movie.
